We all share this same breath – the animals, the plants, our fellow human beings, and the higher spiritual kingdoms. Simply holding this recognition in mind as we breathe in and out can be a simple spiritual practice that, over time, serves to foster the consciousness of oneness. - Unknown

Enjoy this simple breathing practice.

  1. Connect with your feet and legs. Imagine that from the waist down the legs are embedded into the earth, like the roots of a tree.

  2. Take a deep belly breathe and exhale all the way down your legs and breathe out through the soles of your feet as if you are breathing out of your lungs. Send your breath all the way into the core of mother earth.

  3. Feel the connection from your feet to mother earth. You are one with her. Feel the love and support from mother earth.

  4. Visualize mother earth sending you her breath, her healing energy up through your feet and legs and into your body wherever it is needed. Know the healing energy will provide the perfect healing.

  5. Send gratitude and loving energy through your feet to mother earth.

  6. Now imagine a place in the cosmos such as a star or a planet. If you would like, place the palms of your hands flat on your body at the center of your chest.

  7. Send gratitude and loving energy to the cosmos.

  8. Visualize drawing down healing energy around that star or planet through the top of your head, down your arms and out through your palms.

  9. Take a few breaths and imagine healing energy coming up through the soles of your feet while energy is coming in through the top of your head filling your body and know that you are equally grounded between heaven and earth. As you breathe out know the healing energy will provide the perfect healing.

  10. Open up your senses and notice what you receive.

  11. When you are ready, bring your attention back into the room and your body. Wiggle your fingers and your toes. When you are ready, slowly and gently open your eyes.

You can try this practice to connect with crystals, plants, and animals.
